Apocalips

You came on like Revolution 1917/ Your tiny crescent-shaped moon smile/ Your eyes want to be green/ Stabbed me with a sharpened look/ The softest fingertips/ Blue it is my bleeding heart/ The sugar on your lips/ The spiders in the bathtub/ They are trying to get at you/ My blood is in the basin/ But your water still is blue/ Flirting like a pretty flower/ Blowing in the breeze/ I'm drowning in November showers/ Dying of disease/ Fall asleep/ Fall asleep in your arms/ Drown me/ I want your water seeping into my lungs/ Kiss me/ I want you breathing your life into my lungs/ All that's known need not be said/ It's painted on your face/ Whispered conversations can not fill this empty space/ Peel you like an orange/ You're the sweetest pale and pink/ Love you like a suicide/ The poison in my drink/ Fall asleep/ Fall asleep in your arms/ Drown me/ I want your water seeping into my lungs/ Kiss me/ I want you breathing your life into my lungs/ I can feel you when you shiver/ Taste you when you breathe/ Parasite is siphoning the energy from me/ Blue-eye-shadowed angel stares/ You know you are the one/ Put the pistol in your hand/ And watch me come undone/ Fall asleep/ Fall asleep in your arms/ Drown me/ I want your water seeping into my lungs/ Kiss me/ I want you breathing your life into my lungs/ Fall asleep/ Fall asleep in your arms
